Programs
Tolles Adult Training staff work collaboratively with local industry partners on the development of programs that will provide the necessary training and skills to adults so they can be successful, high-quality, and well-prepared employees and earn a liveable wage. All of the training programs offered are short-term (complete in less than one year), cost-effective, and directly aligned to high-demand, high-wage jobs. Several Central Ohio companies choose to send their current employees to programs at Tolles to upskill their existing workforce on the new technologies that are quickly being implemented in almost all career fields.
